- Opened, used, or tampered products are NOT eligible for refund or exchange
- Policy aligns with ethical standards and Islamic principles of cleanliness, modesty, and trust
2. When Exchange Is Allowed
- Incorrect product delivered
- Wrong size or model sent (different from order)
- Verified manufacturing defect
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact
- Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
3. Refund Policy
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Product unavailable after order placement
- Confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced
Notes: Refunds issued via original payment method; processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
4. International Orders
- Refunds/exchanges only for manufacturing defects or incorrect products
- Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
5. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used, opened, or damaged products
- Change of mind or personal preference

6. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Contact within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Provide order number and description of the issue
- Share photos/videos if required for verification

7. Shipping Costs for Exchange
- If error is from HiSIS Intima → company covers shipping
- If issue is due to customer error → shipping costs borne by customer
