Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Claim is raised within 3 days of delivery
Product remains unused and in original packaging
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Change of mind
Delivery delays caused by courier/logistics
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Non-Refundable Items

Used or altered items
Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. In certain cases, HiSIS reserves the right to issue refunds via bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.
Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or processing costs may be deducted

Chargeback Policy
By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting HiSIS.

Courier tracking and proof of delivery (POD)

Limitation of Liability
