All payments for orders placed on this website must be made in advance. Payments are accepted only through bank transfer or bank deposit.

Advance Payment Requirement
Orders will only be processed after receiving 100% advance payment.
No additional or hidden charges will be applied other than the courier charges (if applicable).
Refund Policy
If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
After verification, the payment will be refunded accordingly.
Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Size Exchange Policy
If there is a size issue, the product may be exchanged for the correct size.
In case of exchange due to size change, the courier charges for returning and resending the product will be paid by the customer.
