Yes, you can request a return/exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: The product must not be used or washed and all tags must be attached.Due to hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Cost Details:
1.Brand’s Fault: If you receive the wrong size, wrong model, or a faulty/damaged product, the return charges will be split 50% by the brand and 50% by the customer.
2.Customer’s Choice: If there is no fault in the product and you want to return only because you changed your mind or didn’t like it, then 100% of the delivery + return charges will be paid by the customer.The brand will not bear any cost.
Note:
- Used, washed, or damaged products sent back will not be accepted.
- Order number and unboxing video are mandatory for exchange or return.
